Job Description:
Join our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare services operating a prestigious network of facilities. We are actively seeking a seasoned Nursing Home Administrator for a 97-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that has achieved a 4-star rating in Quality Measures. This role is crucial for someone who holds a Michigan license and is ready to steer a facility renowned for high-quality care and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically guide and oversee the daily functions of the facility.
• Develop goals for quality care, robust employee retention, and superior financial outcomes.
• Direct the recruitment and comprehensive training of new staff members.
• Administer and approve annual budgets alongside Regional Management.
• Foster strong community relations and enhance facility visibility through various outreach efforts.
• Enforce stringent control systems to uphold departmental accountability.
• Monitor facility performance to surpass objectives and implement essential adjustments.
• Champion the development and marketing efforts to optimize facility census.
• Ensure all staff undergo thorough orientation and receive continuous training aligned with organizational excellence goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Finance, a clinical specialty, or related long-term care administrative experience.
• License/Certification: Active Michigan Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Experience: At least two years of experience in a managerial role within a long-term care facility.
